Always get to walk into the employee smoke club right infront of the front door this store is a dump employees r full of attitude and no leadership to allow this having to walk thru 10 employees smoking and on ther phones great selling point for this place go to new Hartford much better people working and they actually follow some good sense. And yes this image is employees guy in brown has ear piece and was more worried about me waiting for who I was waiting for while she shopping. Definitely was not the owner maybe I dunno maybe clear smoker ally out for the people shopping who pay the attitude riddled store and there r even more workers on the other side power went out this is what they do

I had an experience yesterday, I feel duty bound to share with you all. Yesterday, I was working on a project with my son, we were trying to get his infrastructure up and running. Late last night, we realized we had the wrong equipment. We had an ethernet switch, but needed a PoE switch. My son and I immediately started scanning the websites of every local store that MIGHT carry one, but all of them suggest multi-day delivery options. No one, but wait Walmart, at the last minute! Here's the scene: It’s 10:30, my son and I are RUNNING for the car, we skiddaddle to Walmart, on Horatio St in Utica, a 15 minute drive for us. We get there and run for the door. an associate gathering carts directs us to the open door, we thank him and run into the store at full speed. We’re here for just one thing, we repeat to everyone making eye contact. Of course, if you’ve ever been in a Walmart, the electronics are the furthest from the doors. My son gets there in seconds flat, me minutes… Anyway my son is already talking with a Walmart Associate, who says this isn’t his department, but if you can find it… So, we knew the aisle K3, but not where it was. This was a suprisingly nice Walmart. I stopped here with my kids to grab some lunch and we picked up ready made wraps and sandwiches in the deli area. They were delicious. Employees that we encountered at the store were all very nice too. Our friend that we were traveling with said she visits this walmart when visiting family while in town and never has a problem. Parking lot is huge, but there are some potholes to be aware of. Otherwise, the store is very clean, and brightly lit.

I don’t think I have ever been as racially profiled as I was this morning. I was in the dresses looking at the clearance items. I work at a bank and these dresses are good for work. And I had my phone out scanning the tags because I know sometimes things are put places and they won’t change prices. So I’m scanning to make sure it was clearance and some guy was walking back and forth past me. He failed to hide the fact that he had his camera on. But he was walking back and forth went and talked to the guy at the self check out. I smiled at him, he just stared at me. While I was walking away he too walked away. I went to grab some aleve. I was coming back towards self check out and the guy saw me coming back towards sco as he was walking toward produce he turned right back around…, the guy at sco was super nice. He always Is nice. But I’m in that store ALL the time and I have never felt as uncomfortable as I did this morning.

DISGUSTING customer service... I called several times throughout today on a grocery delivery order I placed. I FINALLY got through to a human, (operator.. woman at fitting room), ad she was rude and hostile upon answering. She flat out lied to me from the start, and by the end of the call (I was very nice throughout our conversation, so it wasn't that), she gave me the correct pickup number to call directly to their delivery dept. Nobody answered that but it doesn't matter at this point. This is the last time I'll EVER order or step foot into a walmart. Your employees are disgusting and beyond rude. I 100% get that you, MANAGEMENT treat your workers like dirt, with the exception of your "precious favorites", but your workers should be kind to customers who are nice.. there is no reason for this. If I were being a rude jerk, I get it, but I was super nice. Get yourselves together walmart.
